Aashna graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in both Psychology and Sociology from the University of Calgary in 2019, and completed her Master of Counselling in Counselling Psychology at Athabasca University in 2024. She has experience supporting high-risk youth and families in treatment and group home settings, students from preschool to grade 8 in schools, and adults at a non-profit organization. Her diverse experience informs her approaches to fostering strong therapeutic relationships and creating supportive environments and relationships where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life's challenges with confidence.
