Amanda is a Registered Psychologist in Alberta who works with those seeking support related to life transitions, relationship concerns, anxiety, stress, PTSD, depression, developmental trauma, sexual violence/abuse, burnout, and work-related injuries. She is collaborative in her approach and believes that healing happens within safe and supportive relationships. In counselling, you may learn new ways to cope, explore relationships with yourself and others, restore feelings of hope, and/or reconnect with a sense of meaning in your life.

She supports counselling conversations using a variety of approaches including narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, somatic (body-centered therapy), cognitive behavioural therapy EMDR, and intersectional feminist therapy.
