Brittany completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at St. Mary’s University in Calgary in 2021 and earned her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in 2024.

Throughout her education and professional development, Brittany has focused on trauma, post-traumatic stress, and the unique experiences of first responders. She also worked as a research assistant at the University of Calgary, contributing to research focused on police families.

Brittany is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and believes that healing occurs within a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. She takes a client-centered approach that prioritizes autonomy, empowerment, and creating a space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood.
