Catherine completed her master’s degree in social work (clinical specialization) at the University of Calgary and is registered with the Alberta College of Social Workers. Since 2021, Catherine has worked with active military members at the Edmonton Canadian Forces base addressing workplace/operational stress, traumatic and moral injury and related life stressors. Catherine’s private practice has included therapeutic and traumatic incident treatment for adolescents, adults and seniors.

Using a strengths-based, collaborative approach, Catherine combines various evidenced-based practices based on a client’s need and goals. A special interest of Catherines’ is working with families of injured service personnel and post-traumatic growth. Predominant modalities include A.C.T., Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solutions Focused and A.R.T. Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
