Dillon Brock is the Vice President of Wayfound's Toronto office, where he leads operations, strategic growth, and business development throughout the Greater Toronto Area. He is committed to expanding access to high-quality mental health services while supporting clinicians, strengthening organizational partnerships, and helping public safety organizations build healthier, more resilient workforces.

Dillon brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across emergency medical services, fire service, healthcare, higher education, and organizational consulting. His career has focused on developing high-performing teams, improving operational systems, and partnering with organizations to enhance service delivery and organizational effectiveness. As a paramedic and healthcare leader, he understands the unique demands placed on first responders and other trauma-exposed professionals, bringing both operational insight and practical experience to his work.

At Wayfound, Dillon is passionate about building strong relationships with organizations that serve frontline professionals and helping expand innovative mental health programs that make meaningful, lasting impacts. He believes that exceptional organizations are built by investing in people, fostering collaboration, and creating systems that allow both clinicians and clients to thrive.
