Your journey matters, and you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I am dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgemental supportive spaces where clients can be really heard and seen.

My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized. I have a particular interest in supporting clients seeking personal growth, navigating challenges in parenting and family relationships, and in supporting individuals journeying with chronic health conditions. Emphasizing a collaborative approach, my goal is to empower you to develop practical strategies that create meaningful changes for your life.

Since graduating in 2009 from Taylor College and Seminary with a Bachelor’s in Psychology I have held a goal to remain a lifelong learner. In 2021, it felt like a gift to return to school furthering my learning in pursuit of registering as a Psychologist. Throughout my studies, my goal has been to gain understanding of evidence-based therapies that will support real results for clients.

I have completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Pain Reprocessing Therapy and a type of nervous system Biofeedback called “HeartMath”. I also have special interest in the parts work of Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). Outside of Cirrus hours also assist facilitation for two multidisciplinary programs; the CAPRI Chronic Pain Reset Program and the AXIS GI Clinic out of Elle Physiotherapy.

In my personal life I am a wife, a mom to 4 kiddos, a dog-mom to one dog named “Birdie” and a lover of reading, poetry and all things creative and crafty. As a part of the incredible Cirrus team, I am so glad for the opportunity to be part of your support network. Together, we can work towards greater clarity, confidence, and connection.
