Registered Psychologist
I became a Registered Psychologist in 2016. I am passionate about working with people who are striving to overcome hardships, process trauma and integrate lived experiences into their worldview. I work with both individuals and couples. My primary focus includes trauma, workplace injuries, burn out, interpersonal difficulties, sexual violence, anxiety and avoidance. I enjoy working with all people, with an interest in minorities and underrepresented populations. As a member of the queer community, I am knowledgeable about the issues and concerns related to the gender and sexuality spectrum and am dedicated to this population.
There are many ways to approach therapy, and we will strive to find the unique blend of evidence-based treatment that is best for you. I primarily use Mindfulness, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, CBT, Integrated Feminist Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapies in my practice.
