Joanna Jewell
M.A., B.Sc., R.Psych (AB)
Registered Psychologist
Ms. Jewell completed her undergraduate training in Psychology and Biology at the University of Calgary in 1997. She completed her Counseling Masters at Covenant Seminary 2009 and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Fielding Graduate University. Ms. Jewell has practiced in Oregon, Missouri and Alberta, including medical and specialty clinics, community agencies and private practice. She has taught junior and senior high, as well as at post-secondary colleges in Alberta and BC, supervises provisional psychologists and volunteers with several regulatory colleges and associations. No stranger to the twists and turns of life, she brings diverse clinical training and experience into her work, creating emotional safety while helping clients work through patterns that may be limiting resilience, clarity, or effectiveness.
