Clinical Psychologist
Kate is a Registered Psychologist in both Alberta and Saskatchewan who works with individuals and couples with life transitions, relationship concerns, grief and loss, and trauma and PTSD, sexual/physical/emotional abuse and violence (both survivor and perpetrator), burnout and compassion fatigue, and occupation stress injuries. Kate is also an experienced supervisor for provisional psychologists who are starting their careers. Kate has extensive clinical and forensic experience working with a variety of clientele including Indigenous individuals, first responders, military, and veterans. Her holistic therapeutic approach is tailored to the client to promote healing, personal development, and to foster meaningful change.
Kate utilizes an integrative approach to counselling. She is trained in EMDR, ART, somatic
(body-centred therapy), cognitive behavioural therapy, and a variety of other modalities, which are customized to address the client’s needs. Her approach is friendly, honest, and collaborative.
