Registered Psychologist
I recognize that seeking support is a courageous step, and I am honoured that you are considering working with me. I am a Registered Psychologist with extensive experience in the mental health field across a variety of settings and with diverse populations.
My current practice is focused on working with adult clients (ages 18+). I work with first responders and members of the general population. My clinical areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, stress management, personal growth, and supporting clients who are navigating health and lifestyle changes.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, respectful, and client-centered. I aim to tailor our work together based on your unique needs, strengths, values, and preferences. I use an integrative, trauma-informed, and evidence-based framework, drawing from modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and brief solution-focused approaches.
