Melanie Anderson is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) and a member of the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta (PAA). She brings over a decade of experience working within the federal justice system, where she developed insight into the psychological impact of trauma and the demands of frontline work. She carries this experience into each session, fostering a safe, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic environment.

Melanie values a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship and integrates attachment-informed and evidence-based approaches to support meaningful and sustainable change. Her work focuses primarily on trauma and posttraumatic stress, helping individuals strengthen emotional regulation, build resilience, and improve overall psychological functioning.
