Mya is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and is also a member of the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta. She completed her master’s of science in clinical psychology degree at Capella University.
Mya’s approach to therapy is client-centered, relational, trauma-informed, and compassionate. She values authenticity and collaboration, and believes that all individuals have intrinsic resilience and the ability to heal. Mya’s goal is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space that allows individuals to heal, grow, and create meaningful change in their lives. She provides support to clients as they navigate various challenges including stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, burnout, and relationship difficulties
