Shonda Feddema is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in leadership and management. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Wayfound Mental Health Group, bringing a diverse background in business operations, including her previous work in Alberta’s oil and gas industry.

Since joining Wayfound in 2018, Shonda has developed a strong commitment to making mental health services and training more accessible to trauma-exposed professionals. As the organization has grown from a small clinical practice to one with national and international reach, she has helped develop foundational operational systems and played an active role in the growth of the Before Operational Stress (BOS) program. She also led the design of the first online BOS course, supporting more accessible and scalable mental health programming. A key accomplishment during her time at Wayfound includes contributing to the oversight of a $5.1 million federal grant project that brought BOS programming to more than 74,000 frontline workers across Canada.
