I am a compassionate healer and truth seeker. I weave the wisdom teachings I have learned from nature, psychology, yoga, and meditation into my therapeutic approach.
Foundationally, I am rooted in humanistic psychology and I believe in the potential of growth and transcendence for all human beings.

With all of the people I am honoured to work with over the past 2 decades, I continue to expand my knowledge and wisdom of the human journey and continue to gather new and innovative ways to be a guide, pathfinder, and healer.

I am an expert (10,000+ hours) in the following modalities:

  • Psychotherapy

  • Meditation

  • Yoga

  • Conscious Breath

  • Group Facilitation

  • Nature bathing

In my work, I aspire to be a mindful, compassionate, and results-inspired psychologist. I believe the first step to any journey is forming an intentional relationship with each individual, which allows for, and at times opens up, a path towards change. This journey of change and growth enables the integration of balance throughout the individual’s emotional, cognitive, physical, social and spiritual ways of being.

Through all that I have experienced, I continue to believe that all of us are capable of living rich and meaningful lives full of connection and happiness.
